Permanent Installations

Permanent installations in the Lower Level were created by local artist Leo Schmidt. A background in engineering and fabrication allows Schmidt to fluidly intermix industrial and artistic materials to achieve unique form and function. Found materials and new fabrications are used to create original compositions: textures are revealed, lighting is manipulated, interactive effects created.
