David Scully, Halo's own Sergeant Johnson, will be filling the airwaves every Sunday at 12:30 with The Lunchtime Show.

Having done movies / television / radio and theater professionally for more than 15 years, Mr. Scully can drop the following names of people that he's worked with: Bill Irwin, Larry Fishburne, Curtis Hanson (director of LA Confidential), and James Earl Jones, among others.

He performs an unusual brand of standup in numerous venues including The Comedy Underground, The New City Late Nite Club, The Empty Space Theater and ACT Theater; as well as writing, producing and performing in sketch comedy shows on both NBC and CBS.

He's the recent recipient of the coveted, "Telly Award" for co-writing dialogue for the, "Guerilla Gardner", television pilot. He's also won the "All Star Software Award," Children's Software Revue, 2000, "4.5 out of 5 Apples," from the iMac Buyer's Guide, and "Best Picks for the Holidays Award," from Choosing Children's Software, 1999. All of these awards were given for his online writing skills.

Mr. Scully was recently commissioned by the Milwaukee Repertory Theater to write the book for the world premiere of Jazz Royalty, which will open in the winter of 2004.

Mr. Scully auditioned for the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, where as far as he knows, he's still under consideration.
